We grind past the weak top layer of laitance with 16-grit diamond segments to expose raw, porous aggregate.
02. Polyurea Patching
Every crack and joint (Upon request) is filled with industrial grade polyurea that cures harder than the surrounding concrete.
03. Vapor Barrier / Base Coat
Our epoxy primer penetrates deep into the opened pores, anchoring the system against hydrostatic pressure, acting as a vapor barrier.
